Adrian Pasricha recognizes an urgent problem faced by corporate leaders across the business spectrum: the overwhelming difficulty in deciding which path to take amid an ever-evolving landscape. 

In an environment where opportunities are plentiful but clarity is scarce, the risk of inertia looms large. Adrian knows this struggle well: during his fifteen-plus years as a private equity investor, he collaborated with many leaders on a wide range of issues. However, they all come back to a central question: what’s the best path for me, my organization, now, in this moment? 

Adrian is a lifelong learner who uses analytical frameworks to drive decision-making and enjoys designing creative solutions to complex problems. He is a good listener and strong communicator who thrives in team environments that value respect, personal growth and mentoring. During his time as a private equity investor, Adrian gained exposure to a range of industries and geographies as well as nearly all functional areas of business, with a focus on corporate strategy, growth (organic and acquisition-led), and corporate finance. Previously, Adrian worked in management consulting (Boston Consulting Group) and (boutique) investment banking.

Unlike a typical consultant, Adrian won’t provide you with five magical steps to fix your business issues. Unlike an investment banker, he won’t necessarily direct a client to simply raise capital or go and buy a business.  Rather, his deep dive into the many facets of the business’s situation, goals, opportunities and challenges will result in a bespoke recommended path, often with him working alongside the owner in the plan’s implementation. And the first conversations will determine fit: “how well would we work together?”.

Adrian lives in Toronto, Canada, with his wife Erin and their son, Ronan. When not at his desk, you might find him watching football or playing fútbol (soccer). Adrian has a passion for international travel and learned to speak Spanish and Portuguese during his time living, working and studying abroad. In the community, Adrian supports the Yonge Street Mission and a local church as a volunteer and donor.
